Expert Removal Vinyl or Paint
Removing Old Vinyl or Paint from Boat Hulls
There's no substitute for patience and having the right tools when removing old vinyl lettering. Very old lettering can become brittle and very challenging to remove. My removal technique has been honed over the years and we will strip the vinyl and adhesive from your hull without damaging the gelcoat. Painted boat names can be removed with wet sanding and polishing. In some cases, a solvent may also be used.- Starting at $135 installed for simple lettering (ports & numbers).

How to order and schedule boat lettering ...
Step 1: Confirm your quote & provide detailsCall me at 727-209-7537 or use my contact form to send me an email. I will respond by asking a few questions about your boat name project. I will then email you a solid quote.
Step 2: Email drafts until satisfiedYou will recieve emailed drafts (usually with a number of options) until you are happy with the appearance and layout. Hull mockups are provided with your photo for sizing and placement.
Step 3: Installation at your locationOn installation day, I will bring the Signmobile to your boat's location - where I will make precise hull measurements - cut and prepare your vinyl onsite - prepare the hull as needed - and install your boat name - all in one visit.
Step 4: Pay with check, cash or credit cardAfter you are satisfied with my work, I will send you an invoice with payment options. I accept checks, cash or online credit card payments (w/ 3% processing).
My Guarantee:
All lettering installed by me is guaranteed against material failure and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years. If your lettering is damaged by accident, I will provide replacement vinyl for free during that period. (Removal of old vinyl, hull prep and installation is not included case of accidental damage.)
